Nansledan

We were asked to create a multi functional room for a family on the Nansledan estate in Newquay.

We knew that being a Dutchy development there would be requirements for getting their permission for the build. With our CAD drawings we managed to secure permission from them within a week and had the building into production in only a few weeks after that.

The room was multi functional, with internet run from the house and Tv installed on the wall, this building will be an office by day and kids get away by night. We tasked Cornish Landscaper to help with the external decking and full garden landscaping and boy did they meet all our expectations and more.
